• Control the production process of parts to comply with the specified standards and quality.
• Ensure raw material mixing is carried out according to specifications.
• Resolve initial issues related to raw material problems.
• Monitor operations to ensure safety compliance.
• Verify the delivery of parts and raw materials according to the plan.

• Graduated with a vocational diploma or higher in a field related to the plastic industry.
• At least 2–3 years of work experience in an industrial factory.
• Have knowledge in plastic.
• Understanding of plastic molds, injection molding machines, and maintenance methods.
• Have knowledge in SyteLine system operations.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English (will be considered an advantage).
• Strong supervisory skills and leadership qualities.
• Able to write manuals and reports.
